Dr. Agnes Joy Casiño is a dedicated psychiatrist, licensed pharmacist, and public health expert specializing in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) within complex humanitarian settings. She currently serves as a Medical Specialist in Psychiatry for the Taguig City Health Office, where she handles clinical evaluations and program development. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held vital interim leadership and project officer roles within the United Nations' International Organization for Migration (IOM), spearheading mobile clinic deployments and disaster risk reduction initiatives. Dr. Casiño earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of the Visayas and completed her psychiatric residency training at the National Center for Mental Health.
